GlobeMed Saudi was incorporated in Saudi Arabia in February 2004 (C.R.No.1010197582) to provide Third Party Administration (TPA) and Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) services in support of the various healthcare benefits programs being offered by insurance companies and employer groups.
