Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy describes what information is collected by the Your Health App and how it is used.

Information Collected by the Your Health App Each time you use the Application it will

automatically collect the following information:

  • (1) The IP address you used to connect to our servers;
  • (2) Information about the device you are using, including the operating system version, and device model
  • (3) Information about the application such as the application version;
  • (4) Diagnostic information about the application, including any application errors or crashes;
  • (5) Log information about your session, such as the date, time and duration of your session, and the screen and areas of the application you have used or views that you have accessed

Third Party Services

If you use the Google Maps feature, the collection and use of information through the use of this feature is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. Link to http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/. If you use any other third party services that are embedded in, or accessed through, the Your Health App, including, but not limited to, Twitter, the collection and use of information in connection with that services is subject to that service’s Privacy Policy. If you Log in to your Your Health Account, the Your Health App will also collect your login information for the purposes of verifying your identity.

Storage of your Information

The information collected by this Your Health App is transmitted to Your Health and is securely stored on Your Health servers in the United States, or on servers owed by third party service providers that we contract with to securely store your information in the United States. No personal information is stored by this Your Health App. If you enable sharing with Health, you understand that Your Health uses Health’s standard security protocols, as provided by, to protect the privacy and security of your information as it is transmitted to and stored by Health on your device. Your Health has no Control over security protocols. In addition, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the privacy and security of your information. You agree that you are solely responsible for the privacy and security of any information which you choose to share with Health.
